Our Refund / Exchange Policy

We want you to love our products!

In the event that you are dissatisfied, you must email us with your reasons within three (3) days of first receipt of your merchandise for return/exchange instructions. Once you receive our return/exchange instructions, the merchandise must be returned within 7 days for any refund, excluding shipping costs. Sorry we do not refund shipping. Special orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging accompanied by your receipt. In the event of a return, it is your responsibility to insure the product for the full value and provide us with “tracking” verification. Returns lost or damaged in shipping will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a return and may require a restocking fee. In addition to restocking, a repair fee may be assessed if the item has been damaged and requires repair since originally leaving our possession.
